Jerry Edward Temba

Jerry Edward Temba is the managing partner of Edwards & Associate Advocates with experience of 10 years in corporate affairs. Jerry graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) in 2007 and later a Masters of Laws LLM (Hons) in Taxation 2014 from the University of Dar es Salaam.

He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the East African Law Society, the SADC Lawyers association, the Commonwealth lawyers Association and the International Bar Association. Having consulted and worked in a private highly rated law firm in the shores of Dar es Salaam, and later as In-house lawyer for the leading local Non-Governmental Organization and for a number the leading -Advocate Multinational companies in Tanzania with a number of affiliate companies overseas, Jerry brings in great commercial sense into legal transactions. Key specializations are Corporate and commercial law with deep knowledge and expertise and a thorough understanding of the corporate practice.
